Shame it didnt arrive a week ealrier for the Billabong pro in JBay. The final day went down in average 3ft surf which by Finals time was inconsistent at best. Only 2 sets during the 40 minute final and Taj got em both. Slater was cold and tired to boot after surfing 4 heats almost back to back so it was all a bit anti – climactic really (much like a night with Lurks !) Atleast AI or Fanning didnt win.
